Conditions & Cancellation
Policy:
- 100% payment must be made before tour will be photographed.
(unless written contract with Agency or Business states
otherwise)
- If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 75% of
tour fee will be charged.
- If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present
or the property cannot be photographed, 50% of tour
fee will be retained. A rescheduling fee of $50 will
be added to total tour cost to come back out.
- Balance of payment (less deposit) will be due at
the time of tour completion.
Tour link will be provided upon receipt of balance.
- Tours will expire 12 months from the date of launch
for commercial tours and Realtor tours will be kept
active until the property is no longer listed by the
agent that purchased the virtual tour. A fee can be
paid yearly to retain non-Realtor tours - see rep
for details.
